The founder and president of Level 3 is Richard Janzen. Wayne Hooper is the territory manager for the eastern USA.

Mr. Janzen is the President and CEO of Level 3 OEM Solutions in the USA and Level 3 Sales & Marketing in Canada. He has over twelve years experience in custom product sales to OEMs across multiple industries, with a focus on medical device manufacturers.
Wayne Hooper
Territory Manager, Eastern US
Mr. Hooper has over 25 years experience as a manufacturer’s representative. He was the founder and President of Capitol Electronics in Indianapolis, IN which he built into a $20 Million sales organization. Mr. Hooper has extensive experience selling custom products to electronics OEM’s, which was a key part of his responsibility at Capitol.
